Corporate Tax Returns (T2) for North Vancouver Corporations

From Lonsdale to Lynn Valley to Deep Cove, if you run an incorporated business on the North Shore, we can prepare your year-end statements and T2 corporate tax return at a fixed price, without you crossing the bridge.

We're based in Vancouver and work with North Shore owners fully remotely: you share your QuickBooks file or bank statements, and we meet by phone or video. Many North Shore corporations are consultants, trades and small professional practices, often with a holding company alongside, and that's exactly the kind of file we do every year.

Frequently asked questions

City or District of North Vancouver: does it matter?

Not for your T2. Your business licence is with your municipality; your T2 is with the CRA, and that's the part we handle.

I have an operating company and a holding company.

We can do both, so the dividends and loans between them match on both returns.

When is my T2 due?

Within six months after your corporation's year-end. Tax owing is usually due earlier: generally two months after year-end, or three for many small Canadian-controlled private corporations that qualify.

Do I need to come downtown?

No. Everything is remote.
